Automatically selects professions for empty slots

Do you have all the required tools and assets for these levels? If you don't have the workers leveled up for them, do you have the option checked to train assets?
I have the assets and i did unchecked the train assets , i was using another bot from rotten mind it used to work perfectly and also did stop randomly :/
Bot doesnt work at all / Doing random stuff
The bot does low level leadership stuff only fills 3-4 slots out of 7-8 and does low level stuff in some character in others doesnt even work at all...it just gets stuff. Please help someone help me with this.
