I've added this feature but you have to enable it first in the new settings UI since it's disabled by default.
Note: In general instead of right-clicking you can have used Ctrl + click to open links in a new tab. This should work with every browser.
I've also added another option allowing to invert the behaviour of Ctrl + click which allows to open those Reply links still in the same window if desired. Normal clicks would open those in a new tab.

since every time I click on "Reply", to anwers a user, then I lose the "new comments" bookmarks, and since I'm too old to remember that I have to right-click on the "Reply" link and choose "Open in new Tab"...
and since your script is awesome...
...could you implement a variation for each "Reply" link adding, for instance, a target="_blank" in the HTML code for the link, in order to automatically open it in a new tab?
