Extract GoogleBooks for all devices

I'd like to save the contents of GoogleBooks files into one PDF or a folder of JPGs. This does not work very well: http://userscripts.org:8080/scripts/review/37933

Can anyone recommend something that actually works?

Sorry, Google has patched the vulnerability that allowed people to do that.
