I agree it is probably broken due to the new Youtube layout. It does still work if you use the older layout (User menu "Restore Old Youtube")
I'm having enough trouble with Youtube's new layout for RSD so I can't maintain another script on top of that, but try contact the author and maybe they'll be able to fix it.

Since you know youtube's structure, i was wondering if you could send me a fix of an addon
i liked & that can be useful but was abandoned by his author. There's an alternative on mozilla
but it's not as discreet & complete as this one. i believe youtube's layout broke it again:
