I tried that page you linked in Firefox (Stable/Dev. Edition) and in Chromium 45. Google Translator Tooltip Expanded Fork works perfectly with and without modifier keys.

P.S.: Sorry for the delay. I don't visit Greasy Fork镜像 as often as I used to.
