HIT state

I have a HIT from 9-13 that when I do a req: entry shows it as approved. But if I pull up using Mturk the 9/13 all Hits page for 9/13 it shows it paid. I have updated database many times in the mean time. How can I fix this with the least pain?

I have one other from 8/31 (which will dissappear off the 45 days in about 10 days) with the same issue.

Select pending approval from the dropdown, filter the dates, and export the results. Then use a text editor to change the status to 'Paid', save the file, and import it back.

Cleaned up various other problems as well, and now my Pending Overview is as expected.
