how i can use Better proxy-listen .de with foxy-proxy?

go to this page: http://www.proxy-listen.de/Proxy/Proxyliste.html
Look for a Proxy you like and see the additional Buttons each line to add one Proxy to your specific list in FoxyProxy. Firefox will ask you with a confirmationbutton to switch current proxy in FoxyProxy.
Maybe look to the Pictures as well. I guess this will explain it a little more...
