[REQUEST] google calendar color block instead of colored text in monthly view

I'm trying to make my mom switch from outlook.com to google calendar but the main issue is that she used the Monthly calendar alot. But in google calendar each appointment is just colored text. While on outlook.com it's actually a brightly colored box. http://imgur.com/PfAfbab Could someone make a script to change that?
