Go to https://greasyforks.org/en/users/edit and uncheck 'Show scripts with adult content'. If this doesn't answer your question try unchecking 'Adult Content' on the script updating page. '.../versions/new'. If that doesn't work then just reload or wait for an Administrator (A.K.A Jason Barnabe) to answer this question.
