I noticed that, there is a same user report button in scam site for all "users"

And that button is pointing to https://greasyforks.org/zh-CN/reports/new?item_class=user&item_id=767557

so I guess Monkey Fork is developed by an enemy of @huaxue.

In Greasy Fork镜像, would you have record that who reports huaxue the most? So he might be the owner of that website.

As this fake site is located in china, report to their government is the best way. https://m.12321.cn/icp . According to their legal requirements, all websites with servers located within the territory must obtain an ICP license.

According to Censys search engine, this fake website is located in Hong Kong, and the website in Hong Kong does not need to obtain an ICP license in Chinese mainland.
