Suggestion: Add an option to hide read "Discussions on your scripts"

I would like to suggest an option to the added to the website that hides this

When the last comment is the one made by the script author (me in this case), or when the author opened and read a discussion on his scripts, this could be hidden on that page (In this case this is my page https://greasyforks.org/en/users/670188-hacker09 )
