Hi, this script has a very simplified design for data storage and text matching. I do not have any plans at the moment to update that. You could look at extensions which already have this feature such as: https://iorate.github.io/ublacklist/ .
When does it support regex to match URLs? If this function is on the roadmap, I may help contribute to it.
