How is the video embedded? Also to make this script you'd have to detect when a video isn't working properly. (Which isn't easy, I think)

Someone know how to make it ?
I need a script that refresh the page when the youtube video is offline ... I belive it's quite simple but i don't know how to do... So, can someone help me ?
Ps: the video would be an embed video... And i'm not english, sorry for my english...
