Moves the controls under the video and makes the UI look like it was before august 2015

a little feature requestI would like the progress bar to be hidden when you're not in fullscreen because I use other scripts that makes the video fit the width of my screen
I've added an extra option (https://www.youtube.com/account_playback) to autohide the control in non fullscreen mode:
