Its because MS updated their terms and added a cooldown.
It will only count 3 searches (10-15 secs apart), every 15 minutes. Huge PIA, looks like both desktop/mobile are both affected with a single cooldown period as well. Would have been a bit better if they put them on their own timers.
I am thinking just just writing a script that you would need to leave idle for a day and it will just do random searches through out the day.
Thanks for the info. It would be great if you could write one with that 15 minute break between searches.
Just tested it. I get 12 points a day. 15 minutes or more doesn't unblock that :( I see this about 2 weeks now.
Now I can get more with that 15 min break.

keep in mind, they also dont count some of the first searches for whatever reason, but it looks like they are started to iron out the bugs
It stopped counting those searches. I guess Microsoft figured it out.
