This is an excellent work. I would like to propose an alternative method to set the interval time.
Instead of a popup, could you create next to the set interval time, a space where we would write down the time in full (i.e. 21:00:00:100), then have a confirmation button next to it, like a simple "ok" button.
The popups seem a little too slow for the usage of this script.
