[BUG] GreasyFork does not recognize @name and @description tags in userstyle

Context: Trying to upload a userstyle, CSS is selected as language obviously, and yet this happens.

A userstyle should probably have /* ==UserStyle== and ==/UserStyle== */ instead of UserScript?
