Why is the current navigation bar reduced to the second level on mobile phones, which is not as convenient as before?

It's placed under a hamburger menu because it really didn't fit mobile devices the way it was before.

Is that second screenshot really how you see it now? It's not how I see on mobile devices.

This is my purpose to restore the original navigation method. I still think this is better. Many functions. The current new version is not easy to use
