Just one small thing, when you are on a playlist with this kind of url: watch?v=XXXXXXXX&list=PLlyVpiQZgnX89v4sfF5TV8S-WS9o6bcrI&index=3, what happens on my browser is that the next video loads immediately and automatically. It could be just me. I hope someone else can confirm.

Playlists will not ever work with this script (in its current state anyway). What happens is that since you've been anti-adblocked, any video that you attempt to play in a playlist is immediately considered finished playing, and so YouTube will just keep advancing the list to the next video until the end of the list.

Either go through the playlist in incognito/private mode, or remove the list= tags from the URL and get rid of the playlist.
