How does it work? I installed and it is enabled. I don't see other options to make it run. It doesn't do anything.

Go there, then there should be a few grey boxes. 2 with the same name. The one in the middle lets you decide what subreddit, whilst the left one will do all.
This can still work on old.reddit.com (tested with TamperMonkey)
Go to the settings for the script and add one or both of the following User includes:
https://old.reddit.com/user/*/
https://old.reddit.com/user/*/comments/
And for good measure, check all of the GM/FF compatibility options.
