Thank you for reporting this. I haven't tested those buttons for a while. I probably should remove that part of the code and replace it with the code from my Google site: Tool script, but that will take some doing...

I have already fixed it locally, it wasn't anything really difficult.
This should be fixed in today's update (v1.6.5). I hadn't realized that Firefox parses and "fixes" HTML when using innerHTML, so it's not safe to add to it incrementally the way I had coded it.
[fixed] [+-]site buttons do not work
Seems like a) it fails to find the radio buttons and b) doesn't work if your query uses a hash instead of a question mark.
