There's an existing rule, which you can install:

1. Open extension menu (Tampermonkey/Violentmonkey)
2. Click MPIV: configure
3. Click Find rule... or Install rule from repository... at the bottom
4. Find postimg.cc and double-click it
5. Click OK button

It seemed to me that the rules were already in the script... Can they somehow be installed all at once?

There's no way currently. These rules are made by users and accumulated in the wiki page, from which the script pulls the data.

Perhaps universal can be combined and added to the script... Some services have not existed for a long time, but the rules for them are given.
