Additional URLs for Pixiv CDNs
Hi,
Pixiv sometimes serves images using an alternate URL for a CDN. I've seen the following:
i-cf.pximg.net
i-f.pximg.net
Both of those domains have the same behaviour as the main i.pximg.net domain, it would be nice if the script works on them as well.
