Option to remove Sponsored articles?

I am just about too look for any scripts that does this, but none came up (that worked) at glance. Seeing this mod is all about filtering out content I'd love to see an option for Chrome to also tick a box to remove any sponsored blocks from the search results. Is that something doable already with custom or a feature you would consider.

And again thank you for this great mod, used it for years not and it's awesome.

Or maybe the best option for that is to use an adblocker on top, though I'd love to hear your thoughts.
