[SOLVED]Auto refresh w/keybind to toggle on and off

A 2 second auto refresh with a keyboard shortcut to toggle it on and off.
I've been able to tweak this http://userscripts-mirror.org/scripts/show/9371 to work basically the way I want (in the Qupzilla browser), but it doesn't work in Chrome which is where I need it.
