Other entries checkbox

Dear Akarin,

Can you add "Hide anime entries from missing relations" checkbox functionality to "mr_links"?

I would like to hide/show "Other" entries in an easier way.

Is this version good? https://i.imgur.com/Bsbp50Q.png The changes are applied immediately after clicking on checkboxes. Also this whole quick settings block can be hidden in global settings.

Update the script to the most recent version to try it.

please add "Show quick settings" to main page;

remove "Other settings:" title(row) from main page;
and split "Quick settings" columns.

Done. I added a quick settings toggle on the bottom of the list (horizontal bar with 3 dots in the middle).

btw stick statistics(tfoot) to bottom or above footer (a little mess when list is not full);

also make window resizable (or add an extra layout to fit MAL 1060 designs)
it would be a good QoL improvement.

The "Visible #X, Total #Y" and "There are #Z hidden relations. Show them" lines will stay the way they are now, there's no reason for them to eat up a vertical space.

I doubt that I can make it resizable, too many elements sizes are hard-coded into the script, it would be a pain in the ass to make them look good for any size of the main window. Not all of the sizes can be implemented via the %, I had to use pixel values, unfortunately.

I can add a "User CSS" field, where you can save any CSS changes that you want, does that sound good?

Sound good but it's a waste of time and resources; I'm ok with fork for now.
