I found that the script seemed to conflict with Return YouTube Dislike.
The fault is on Return Youtube Dislike. Some videos fail to load as it also fails to fetch data.
However, you can switch to the userscript version of RYD and it will be fine. https://greasyforks.org/en/scripts/436115-return-youtube-dislike
I'd appreciate if you remove the rating, because it's not this script at fault. Thanks
Indeed, their userscript has an issue, and I disabled it a long time ago. It seems to only cause problems with videos that hide the like count.
I am using their Chrome extension,

When I tested it, I found that there were no issues if I ran any one of them individually. The problem only occurs when the YouTube - Proper Description and RYD extensions are run together.
But you're right, I will report this to them and see what they say.
I ran only ryd and the video wouldn't load or the page would freeze a few seconds in. So definitely an issue with ryd extension.
