One thing that has always annoyed me about Google Inbox is that it doesn't have advanced search options like in gmail: http://imgur.com/a/5DiOq In theory you could use the search words like 'from:' 'to:'. But some people don't remember all those search options. When you type in From: and start typing it tries to auto complete, this should also happen in that window.
