add extra navigation buttons to the upper left corner tumblr blogs

Update the problem is the blogs are missing the Element "tumblr_controls"
I've made some changes. It should work on 99% of all blogs again!
Not Working
It stopped working, the buttons aren't getting added to the page, HELP!
Update It is working on some blogs but not all.
