Good news, the settings are also available on this script's main page (https://greasyforks.org/en/scripts/403100-url-replacer-redirector). You can change or remove the settings there.
If that doesn't work, you can try clearing the storage for the script, or uninstalling/reinstalling the script.
No there is no way to get settings once you have a redirect setup because you can't access the configuration unless it's active on the page. So if you are at a non-existent URL so page does not load the scripts are NOT active. We need a way to be able to access the configuration EVEN when the script is not active or know where the storage is manually so we can manually edit the script configuration.
Uninstalling/reinstalling when there is no way to backup settings or restore settings is not a good way to handle.. I could have half a dozen redirects but if I mess up I have to lose all them settings and not remember what they were that is a really bad way to handle it. The old way was better we could fix the mistakes and not lose all of them.
Serious problem with the way script is now. I mispelled the redirect URL now I can't edit it or modify it so now site is inaccessible if I leave this extension enabled. Where are the redirects stored so I can manually edit it?
