Greasyfork site : notification seems broken ?

Since a few time , i notice something wrong about notification .....

it's not the email notification. It's just the notification/indicator in the forum itself (with a number) For this reply, i found it only by scrolling in the forum. PS: Can you too make something about: "Unknown column 'Active' in 'field list' when we edit a reply ?
