ok for the speed changer, whenever i set my speed to something in game, i cant change it down again without losing access to my mouse on the pause menu. i must change it back to the top speed i have set previously or something higher and i cant go back down.

Yes, you can't change your speed back down or else the game freezes and the server-side doesn't like it.

This is something that we cannot change.
