About the Google Sheet issue - could you give me a bit more detail on what happens when you try?
Just to make sure:
You need to be logged into your Google account in your browser.
When you click the sheet link, you should use File → Make a Copy to create your own version (you can't edit mine directly).
If you're doing that and it still doesn't work, let me know exactly what error/message you see so I can help you to figute it out.
For some reason I'm not able to create the Google sheet. I'm not sure why?
