After recent DMCA takedowns of chapters, Mangadex is not in a good situation with scanlators. It will eventually lead to less and less groups willing to upload to Mangadex which will lead to it's downfall.
I recommend you to export your list using Github: Anilist (Forgenn -> MangaDex Exporter) and/or CSV/MangaUpdates (sassy-lily -> MangaDex Follows Exporter)
Android readers like Komikku, Yokai, Mihon. Manually install repositories like Yūzōnō which will let you download various extensions like (Mangadex, Weeb Central, Bato.to, Mangahub, Mangadex).
For Komikku, after installing the extensions including Mangadex, go to More > Settings > Mangadex. Login and sync Mangadex entries to your library.
Then, go to Browse > Migrate > Mangadex > Select all button in the top right > Middle button magnifying glass > Migrate > (Use source with most chapters) > Migrate and go through each chapter to make sure it is correct (click and view other sources for the right one).
If you're looking for a web browser alternative, consider ComicK to import list from Anilist or MAL and using the android readers or their web version for the rest.
