Is it still working? I just found this game and tried to install @MadeOfMagicAndWires's version and I don't see any links to the wiki in the game.

I don't know if anyone will read this, as it's not been maintained for a while, but I updated the script to work with the new design of Fallen London (currently v3.12.10-60-g51381a76).
