In my case, it works but only when I'm logged into YouTube.
I'm logged-in, but I didn't verify my age, so this helps.

Yes, you have to be logged in in YouTube, then it unlocks the video without age verifyiing,

Before it would work in Incognito without being logged in though. Also, I think most people would not want to be logged into their account if they are using an age blocker💀.
