Disable Google URL redirector (i.e. user data tracking) on Google Search result, including Google Custom Search Engine (CSE) which is used by many websites, and in Google Groups.

Edit: For those of you on Opera - the script works, you just have to tell Tapermonkey to work on search pages. Because it's a baby that doesn't know to do it (just tick the box in the Add-ons page)
