This script have settings, try enable "Enhanced build-in Alt Text Selection" or "Absolute Mode".
Only Absolute mode works, but screws up lot of websites. Exclude https://browser.lo/, https://rentry.co/, https://rentry.org/, https://web.whatsapp.com/
