Incompatible with the Auto Live Chat View feature of the BetterTTV extension. When Auto Live Chat View is enabled, the chat interface may fail to load properly and often requires multiple page refreshes to appear, especially during livestreams with a large number of viewers.

Need to check. Cannot reproduce it yet.

You might disable "Auto Live Chat View feature of the BetterTTV extension" and use https://greasyforks.org/scripts/490213-youtube-enable-live-chat-by-default

Also, I think there could be conflicts with your other scripts. Can you just turn on BetterTTV extension + Auto Live Chat View feature + YouTube Super Fast Chat ? Turn off all other extensions and userscripts.
