Thanks! It's definitely not changing the inventory width any more, but that's more because it's stopped working for me altogether in Chrome :O Firefix is fine though (in fact the slow page loads thing doesn't seem to affect it there at all)...

Great, but watch out for slow page loads
Had this for a while, and it helps accidental dropping, but not completely... It doesn't hide the drop buttons until the page is completely loaded (not really much can be done about that I'd guess) during which time you can still accidentally click them.
This is made worse by the way it changes the inventory item heights and widths, so where an item appears when it's loading is different from where it ends up after the script runs. More than once I've tried to click on one item, and because it resizes, I've accidentally clicked the drop item button on the next page load -_-. Would be perfect if you could use css to match the hiding checkbox to the exact size of the drop item button!
EDIT: Thanks to the update there's no inventory resizing, and it seems Firefox doesn't even have a delay to hide the drop buttons, unlike Chrome. Doesn't seem there's any way to improve it in either case!
