How to change the fill optional asset priority?

When i use the optional asset in leadership. This script take a mercenary as optional asset, i love that it takes a hero instead. How to change the option in the script?

I got same problem when testing stuff,

• count needed assets and use mail to store others

If you have only Hero´s it cant use mercenaries and because asset exist it will not train them.
