Adds a button to transactions page that exports all transactions into a CSV file. Developed for use with "Actual" budgeting tool, will probably work fine with any other importer.

Neo Financial is not supported by financial aggregators such as Plaid or SimpleFin. Additionally, they don't even provide a way to export transaction as a file. This script solves it by adding 1 single button - "Export transactions as CSV", which will send same queries that are used to show transactions in UI and save them into a CSV file.
