Adds 'h' as a hotkey to open selected entry in background tab
--- There currently seems to be an issue where tabs open normally but in the session they are saved as about:blank. Looking into it
While viewing feeds, users can use the 'h' hotkey to open the current article in a new BACKGROUND tab.
