Home: Show friend Usernames ON
Profile: ALL ON
Groups: Check every box in "group redesign options"
EVERYTHING BELOW SHOULD BE ON
2008 dark is not supported
TO GET 2010/2011 THEME: hit the S (for stylus) icon on extension toolbar, hit the gear for this theme then change the settings

The secret setting will add an addition change for 2008 and 2011 layout.
