convert the URL from "http://t.me" to "tp://"

If you install the Telegram desktop, you may want to directly open the telegram desktop when you click the URL t.me or telegram.me.
This script convert the URL from t.me and telegram.me, and set the link target always current tab(it can make sure your browser(like FireFox) would not open a blank tab).
