tells you how many people is using your scripts without going on each stats pages

Ex:
a script installed 10K times could be depreciated and no one use it any more (150 update check per day)
150/10000 -> 1.5% color RED

a new script with 500 installation which works fine (300 update check per day)
300/500 -> 60% color GREEN
