两个问题 1.百度强制跳转https：js脚本内判断https自动跳转http。 但是由于百度强制跳转https。 结果出现两种情况： (1)导致页面无限循环。（较大几率-chrome 58） (2)跳转后出现，访问页面错误。（几率不大-360浏览器） 2.chrome浏览器，无法跳转坐骑。chrome关联启动限制问题。 Chrome版本 58.0.3029.81 (64-bit)

用h5缓冲速度非常慢，换回flash后缓冲速度正常 html5的缓冲速度非常慢，只有几k或者几十k，我以为是我网络问题，但是我换回了flash后，缓冲速度很快。我反复测试了十几次，html5真的是慢得让人抓狂，flash却很正常。 求排查一下是不是哪条规则影响了网速？
