Added music to live queue, your games, and maintenance page. Music will stop in the current game if you disconnect from it by connecting to another game. Added more settings (always restart themes, autoplay on other pages).

Fix sound effects when selecting units during replays, fix music not changing when de-activating a CO Power when going back in a replay, added ALL themes to random themes setting so it goes through all the games' combined soundtracks.
Fix bug where CO Selector in "Your Games" page would sometimes break because of the music player and added a sound when you are trying to buy something you do not have enough funds for.
