Fixed serializer recognizing some videos as images.

• Clicking image now toggles full page mode. Dragging in full page mode zooms & pans.
• Removed fullscreen shortcut and double click to fullscreen. You can fullscreen with F11, and double click was just annoying.
• Fixed clicking on thread thumbnails sometimes not being intercepted.

Implemented smart hold vs toggle zooming

Reverting fix from 2.6.5. Turns out it was KeepassXC browser extension causing the issue. This is fixed now, and the fix is unnecessary.

Fixed 4chan's thread watcher box hovering above the UI.

Fixed shortcut to open a thread in new background tab focusing the new tab in violentmonkey.

Fixed glitchy scrolling to the end of the page when navigating down from the last item.

Made thread serializer a bit more robust to support media items changing URLs (swapping cdn).
