网页记录位置比较靠下，需要手动下滑加载更多，此时“回忆从前”才会生效。问题是如果知道下滑到什么位置，就不需要这个插件了，所以还是需要手动记录位置。 比如知乎某答主的个人页面最新动态为2025-06-20，而用户需要回忆2025-06-04的内容，就必须加载到2025-06-04或之前的动态，“回忆从前”才可以正常生效。
